I can complete your order with my own hair or yours. 

If you send your own hair in, the bunch needs to be at least 1/4” thick per item. It needs to be at least 1 1/2 times as long as the finished product will be.  So for a 20” necklace, the hair needs to be at least 30” long, etc.

If you don’t have enough hair for your order, I can add some of my own.

Orders are generally completed within 4 weeks. You will be notified if your order is expected to take longer or if there are delays. Please contact me if you need your order sooner.

You do not need to wash the hair before you send it if you don’t want to, but please be sure that it’s brushed and banded together, or neatly braided.  Hair that is exceptionally knotted and/or dirty will be returned.
