A horse does not have to be famous to be great.  The world will never hear about most great horses. They are the ones who live in our back yards and whinny at us when we walk out the door;  They are the ones who may have never won a blue ribbon at a horse show, but they would do anything for us:  They are the ones who have given us everything they have and hold nothing back.   These are truly great horses. 

I'm dedicating this spot on my site to the great horses that we've had in our lives.  Please feel free to send in a story and a picture or two of your great horse and I'll post it here.
